Returns Policy

1 RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS

1.1 If you purchase a product which is shipped we offer a 14 day returns policy. The item must be sent back in brand new resellable condition, otherwise refunds can not be made. Unfortunately we can not cover the returns postage cost of the item.

1.2 If your product is damaged on arrival please let us know within 3 business day via any method of contact that you so wish, just let us know your name, order number, item(s) damaged, please retain all packaging and/ or take photos of the packaging and photos of the damage.

1.3 Obviously you can not return goods that are provided as a service, however we do have a cancellation policy of all our services, which is again 30 days from the date of purchase. If your product was placed using a deposit scheme then you will be entitled to your refund minus the deposit (in other words the deposit is none refundable.) If you paid for your service in full and you cancel your item with your first 30 days, then you will only be billed for the work that has taken place up until this point. You will recieve an itemising invoice confirmation before your service is cancelled.

1.4 Please contact us before you send your item back so we can guide you through the process, if you send your item back without prior contact we can not guarentee that your return and subsequent refund will be processed.

1.6 Any physical item that is bespoke and/ or personalised is exempt from our 30 day money back guarantee, and as such is none refundable, you can cancel the product at any point up until it is manufactured.

1.7 Any sale made to a company is done so on a business to business contract, and is therefore not covered by the consumer contracts law, with regards to distance selling, and these items are therefore none refundable. Please purchase some samples prior to making a large order.

1.8 If your product(s) have qualified for a free vouchers/ giftcards and your order is returned under our 30 day money back guarantee, the free voucher/ giftcard must be returned as well. If the qualifying products aren't returned then the voucher/ Giftcard amount will be deducted from the money refunded.

1.9 Our 30 day money back guarantee does not affect your statutory rights, in particular any right you have to return the goods under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations.

2 Consumer contract (Information, Cancellation & Additional Charges) Regulations

2.1 Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation & Additional Charges) Regulations you have the right to cancel your order for any item bought on this website for a full refund. This doesn't apply to:

  • Items reserved for collection in store where they are paid for on collection
  • Goods made to the customers specification or are clearly personalised.
  • Goods that becomes mixed inseparably (according to their nature) with other items after delivery.

2.2 You can cancel anytime from placing your order up to the end of a period 14 days after you take possession of the goods (or in the case of a multiple order, the last part of the order.)

2.3 Please take reasonable care of the goods, we are entitled to deduct an amount from the refund to reflect any loss in value of the goods supplied, if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling of the goods by you.

2.4 Please make it clear when you cancel that you are cancelling under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation & Additional Charges) Regulations.

2.5 You may cancel an order for services in the same way, within 14 days of the date of purchase unless the service begins sooner.
